This product has a 2-layer structure-surface and bottom layer. The surface layer is made of a semi-conductive rubber material to control the electric discharge speed. The bottom layer, made of high-performance conductive rubber material, serves as an electric discharge path to discharge the static electricity generated from the nonconductors which is essential in a shop, and keeps the electric potential differencewith a mat to zero voltage.
